All deliveries are shipped within 2 business days after placement of order from our warehouse both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders usually takes 3-5 business days & 10-14 days for International orders to delivered. Update regarding dispatch of product and tracking details will be shared via Email and Whatsapp.
The Real Store will not be responsible for any damage after delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. All charges will be added at the time of checkout.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we try to process any returns as such - if received a damaged product or wrong product, please send a picture or video of the damaged product within 48 hours at Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp: +91-9574477555. On verifying the damage we will replace the product within 1 week of receiving said mail. Other than this the product is not returnable.
For the product replacements due to damage / defect, no change in shade will be entertained. The product replaced will be same as mentioned in the original order.The customer cannot cancel the order after receiving the shipment confirmation. The Real Store doesn’t accept any returns once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer or any other concerned person.
